5. For Madison area facilities:

• Notify your supervisor immediately.
• Report the theft to the MATC Security Office at 608-243-4357. A MATC Security Report will be taken. The Security Office may also contact the Madison Police Department regarding the incident. If you are contacted by the Madison Police Department, cooperate with them by providing them all requested information.

 

For Regional Campus facilities:

• Notify your supervisor immediately.
• Report the theft to the MATC Security Office at 608-243-4357.
• Contact your local Police Department and file a report concerning the theft. A copy of the report must be submitted to the MATC Security Office at the Truax campus.
