The Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) provides technical and marketing assistance to Wisconsin businesses interested in selling their products and services to the government. Our mission is to provide Wisconsin businesses the necessary tools to be competitive in the government marketplace.

Since 1988, BPAC has assisted Wisconsin business win nearly $3.1 billion dollars in contracts!

In fiscal year 2007/2008, BPAC assisted nearly 1,000 Wisconsin businesses win a total of $753.4 million in contract awards breaking last year's record of $522.7 million. The Department of Defense estimated a total of 15,068 jobs were created and/or retained based on BPAC assistance. For every $1 of the BPAC operating budget, $968 is returned to Wisconsin businesses through contract awards.
